Hi Guys!
I just got Verizon FIOS TV Internet Phone installed today. The Wireless N Modem they provided is right near the TV in our Family room (the coax cable was split from the wall to go to the TV AND Modem.
The speed we signedup for is: 75/35mbps. The modem is near the TV because the TV is wired to the modem for Netflix. Everything else is wireless.

Right now, I am upstairs almost right above the modem and doing speed tests and my results are:

Granted, I know wireless can run into obstacles.. but I am struggling to reach 15mbps..
I am using channel 11 and here is all the wireless networks around me:

Here is my wireless status:

My laptop's wireless card is the Intel Centrino Wireless-N 2230 (up-to-date)
No one else is using the network at this time, unless maybe to check facebook on their phone. My network is WPA2 secured

So
A)What is bottlenecking my network?
B)Should I get a seperate wireless N router
C)Should I get a better NIC for my laptop? (Have read that this one is crappy) - If so what should I look for
D)I don't have access to plug into my modem right now to speedtest wired.
E)Since the coax is split to go to the TV and Modem will that decress my speed if the TV is on?

EDIT: I just loaded up counter strike source to check my ping in servers I play in alot and it fluxuates from 39-89.. never stays in the same place, making it all jittery. I had TWC 15mbps/1mbps before this and my ping was very reliable at around 40ish

Thanks!
