I am looking to eventually upgrade my cpu, but for now, I am trying to get the best gpu for the money that would still not bottleneck my CPU. Do you have any suggestions for graphics cards? I am currently running a GeForce GTX 460 with an AMD Phenom ll 720 processor.

Here's my setup:
Gigabyte 970-ADP Motherboard
8GB DDR3 Ram
Powersupply is 650W Bronze rated

No, your CPU will most likely bottleneck your GPU.
