hey i m using usb modem evo 3g(Pakistan) no wifi in this device. can i connect my laptop wifi to this network? can i create a hotspot? so that i connect my smartphn through wifi.

you should be able to turn on network sharing on the laptop and use a usb ap to make a hotspot or a ethernet ap to make one.
