People have commented on my specs saying that my video card is weak for my pc rig.

PC Specs:
Case: Rosewill THOR V2 ATX Full Tower Case
CPU: Intel Core i7-4770 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler
Motherboard: Asus Maximus VI Hero ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
Memory: G.Skill Ares Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 3.5 inch 2TB HDD (should I get two hard drives?)
Video Card: Asus GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB Video Card
Power Supply: Corsair Enthusiast 850W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply
Optical Drive: Samsung SH-224DB/BEBE DVD/CD Writer

Would it be better to get a GTX 660 or GTX 770?
Which one would be better for its price?

I'm trying to keep my price under $1,400. Thanks

both the 660 and 770 are great cards, it depends on your budget. the 770 is basically a 680, so if you can get a 680 for cheaper, go that route. even a 670 non reference card, like the ftw, would be the best bang for your buck

unless your using multi threaded apps like vegas or video rendering or programming you wont really see the benefit of having a i7 or 16gbs of ram
this is better for gaming ang gives you a powerful graphics card and a ssd
