I want a new processor and i want it to be future Proof i play Titanfall, Bf4, COD ghost, Nether, Day Z and Need for Speed. I do like overclocking and will be getting another 660TI to run SLI i just want it to be a good Upgrade for the next couple of years. And also when i get a new Processor and MOBO will i need to re-install everything i have or will it be fine

Solution
If you're overclocking, get the 8320. It is the same chip as the 8350, and almost the same as the 9370, so you'll save a lot of money for the same performance. The 4670k is also a good choice, but the 8320 will be "futureproof" in that games are beginning to use more cores. Really though, by the time the market changes, you'll want a new CPU too. Personally, I would get something like an 8320, get a nice motherboard, and a good cooler. You'll see great performance in games, and while the 4670k IS generally better, the 8320 will leave room in your budget for a motherboard that supports SLI, like the Asus M5A99FX Evo.

Your current motherboard will not support SLI. You need a new one if you want SLI, although one better graphics card...

not really a budget i dont just an upgrade pretty much the 9370 is the same price as the i5 but the mobo will be more for the 9370 also. I have a ASUS M5A97 R2.0 8gb of Corsair vengeance 1866 1tb WD black 120gb SSD Samsung Evo Corsair h60 Geforce 660TI In Win Case and i want to run SLI with my 660ti

with the 9370 a good mobo will run above 160 and the i5 a good mobo will run 130ish and above but with 8350 i can use the same MOBO i have not (no the greatest but will work) or fork out another 130 for a decent 990

1,
you already have fx-6300, so going to fx-8350 or even its factory overclocked overpriced version fx-9370 won't do you no good. Or better to say - you will not notice any difference.

i5 - is way better in all aspects, gaming, productivity, etc... The only drawback are resource heavy apps - like video reencoding, virtualization, etc...

so, bottom line - what do you do mostly>
- do you take, cut and encode your own videos? - if it is unbearably slow, go for the 8350, if not, oc your fx-6300.
- play games, browse the net, etc...? - i5

2,
fx-8350 should fit in the same mobo as your fx-6300. i5 needs new mobo.
if you change your MOBO, then you should do a clean reinstall of your os.

3.
personal opinion:
if I would feel limited by my cpu, i'd get the i5 /+mobo, +better cooler/.
if not - i'd put the money into a single better gpu /since I don't like sli/cf - too much hassle with both of them/.
then get an ssd, more ram, better sound card, decent speakers /or some cans/, keyboard, mouse...
rinse and repeat every year...

I would recommend using the same motherboard and CPU you have, getting a good liquid cooler and overclocking, maybe a Corsair H80, and getting a new video card. You'll save money from the motherboard and CPU (about $280), which means your budget should allow for something like a 280x or 770, maybe even a 290 or 780.

Yah im going to be getting a Sabertooth 990 to support the SLI and also better Overclocking ability if i stay in the AMD game and i think the 8320 or the 8350 will be the way to go, along with getting a 850PSU. and im pretty sure i can Overclock the FX 8 series to be better than the i5 anyways. And yes the i5 is better in single threads and what not but it lacks the cores that will be needed in the Future. Intel needs to make a good 8cores that will be affordable. So bottom line Either a FX 8320 or 8350 with a Sabertooth Mobo and a new 850PSU sound good?

Along with this i am overclocked but i think i got a bad chipset im at 4.3 right now and when i go to 4.5 which be easy my internet always crashed ( maybe ram problem) and even at 4.3 idk ever since i moved if i put my computer to sleep and wake it up it will be at stock setting and wont go back until i reset my computer

Okay, a 290 will perform much better than a 660 sli and will not require a new motherboard. You can also sell the old 660 and make a bit of money back. Also, a lot of games do not benefit at all from SLI, as in there will be 0 FPS difference. Have you tried adjusting voltage on your CPU? How are you overclocking it? It should be through your BIOS.

You have actually Helped me before yah everything thought the Bios i have stable at 4.5 in prime 95 for over 24hrs and max temp was 59c but for some reason the internet will crash after 5mins of use and freeze my computer

Doesn't sound like a CPU issue, maybe your RAM? The 8300 is very rare, as it was never sold OEM, and is basically an 83x0 with a lower TDP and consequently lower clock speed. You can find them on ebay for $200, not really worth it.

Yeah, it's good, but a new motherboard isn't going to fix your problems. The difference between a really expensive motherboard and yours is maybe 4mhz, your current one is great, and a new one will really be a waste of money you can spend elsewhere.
