i just got windows 7 installed. the driver softwares aren't installed yet. can i download them off the internet?

what all softwares will i be needing? will they be available over the internet? i am a college student. i don't know much about computers, but, i wanna do this by myself. detailed answers please.

yes you can, use another pc (or you can use your current pc if windows already installed the generic driver for your LAN) remember the name of your PC or motherboard model, do a google search like "Acer XXXX drivers for windows 7" or Asus XXXX drivers for windows 7"
