I wanted to format a 64GB USB using CMD, and it started fine, but then after 8% it gave me an error message and now it shows me an USB mass storage device in device manager, but not in disk management or anywhere else. I can't see the usb on other computers either. Cannot access it in any way and as you can imagine I would really like it to be fixed, because it was not cheap
