Memory issues caused by RAM? Help!

So I built my PC june-ish 2013 and has been running with barely any issues, recently however I've been getting ALOT of memory issues whilst playing games or running my CPU with 70%+. I've been getting the Close program to save memory, close program or files will be lost, memory low, things like that and then eventually the game will just crash and give me one of the errors, I've thought it could have been my GPU memory initially but I now think it probably my RAM, the RAM I built my PC with was the same RAM I used to built my previous TWO PC so i've been using them for around 4 years, any help to determine the problem would be great, and if it IS the RAM some recommended products would be much appreciated.

Current specs -

RAM - 6gb of green stick RAM, I don't know the actual one unless I take them out.
GPU - AMD radeon HD 7770 1gb
CPU - Intel Pentium CPU G2130, 3.2GHz
OS - Windows 7 64-bit
Monitor 1 - 1920x1080 HD acer monitor
Monitor 2 - Compaq 1600x900 monitor

I'm aware this isn't the beefiest build but it gets what I want done and runs all games I want fine.
Will leave the rest out as I don't think they will be of use.

Thank you!

Solution
It's possible, though that sounds more like driver or PSU related, try it like this for awhile and if other problems pop up feel free to PM me

3rd slot

Is that helpful?
Also could this have anything to do with my OS or GPU?
(Nothing came up for Slot #2,#4

I don't understand, I cant built the PC fine but putting them to 133, 9-9-9-25 etc is too advanced for me to know how to do that :) Would be very greatful if you would explain? Do I use CPU-Z to do this? and is the problem the RAM then?
thanks again!

Righto will do that now and give a update.
I'm curious as to what this will do? I've had my RAM set like this the entire time i've been using them, how can this just change?

I just ran the most stress intensive game I and went to the highest population zone and the usual errors i get didnt occur! Is this all there is to fixing my issue? I've also been having a issue where my monitors randomly shutdown, my PC fans turn down and it just sits like that, could that be tied into the RAM issue? or is that likely my GPU. Thank you soooo much for your quick replies and much needed help!
