Hello :)
Right now i have an AMD radeon hd 4650 and i need to upgrade it. I also have a AMD phenom 9500 at 2.2 Ghz and im worried about bottlenecking. My Budget is around 200$. I was thinking about a Sapphire Radeon r9 270x but i dont know if it would bottleneck my CPU.

Thanks for answers :)
And sry if i sound like a nawb, im not very good at this

your cpu will bottleneck your card but that only means you'll unleash its power when you upgrade.

Gtx 750 or 750 ti would be good.

750ti is a decent graphics card and will not create any bottleneck issues . low power consumption and new technology . . gpu is independent of your processor ... use any processor with any gpu ...

Aha i see :p  so a 750 ti? What kind of fps will i get with that card in for example LoL,WoW and Thief?

If you decide to get the 750 ti then go with the 750 ti ftw edition!

WoW is more of a CPU dependent game and I'm not sure how much of an improvement you would see from changing the video card and thief I'm guessing you should get decent fps depending what resolution your monitor is running at. Here is a video of how titanfall runs with the 750 ti ftw edition.

depends on your graphic settings but on medium settings you can get aroun 45 to 50 fps smooth....

And how much fps would i have in LoL? Im using quite Low resolution. 1024x700 or something like that

The 750 ti FTW is more powerful, it's only like $30 more from the 750 ti and people have been able to overclock pretty well. LoL at that resolution you should be seeing 60 fps no problem.

Should i be able to get 60 fps even without the ftw edition?

For LoL yes but for wow or thief I'm not sure.

If you can change your budget to $280, get a GTX 650 or a GTX 650 Ti Boost. This GPU is outstanding and it processed far from my expectation! Then, there can be a bottleneck but with a low resolution and highest antialisaing, your PC will make great FPS. :D

But i wont see any lag in mist games? I dont require it to run at 60. I just dont want any lag :p

There won't be any major lag if you're running your games on low resolution and high anti-aliasing. Just is that your GPU may run at 30 FPS according to the capability of CPU and RAM. It may go down to 15 FPS at times but the chances for this re very low.

And also, does v-sync work with a 750 ti?

Curryboi, V-Sync is supported on almost all GPU's manufactured yet. Just those old fashioned PCI 256/512 MB or 78 MB VGA Cards don't. so, the answer is YES, V-SYNC will work.

There is ALWAYS a bottleneck somewhere.

Agreed to 13thmonkey. I was getting 10 FPS in GTA 4 on minimum settings and 8GB RAM, 2GB GTX 650 Tib DCU-OC2 and Intel i5 2310! So, you have to face bottlenecks in all PC's. I have! :)
