having a problem in windows 7 startup after a interrupted shut down due to low battery problem.Resuming windows takes much time and the underscore bilnks on left top most corner of a black screen.i have no clue to fix it.Looking forward from u all.Even after a power on/off i couldn't.
i want to start windows not resume.

open the windows startup options when you switch your laptop on then select start windows normally . . hit the button (f8 or any other function key assigned to do that) when bios options just passed by
