PC specs:
CPU - AMD fx6300 black edition
RAM - 8GB Corsair Value Select
HDD - WD 1TB
GPU - MSI Radeon HD 7850
Mobo- ASRock 980De3-U3S3
Case - Thermaltake v4 Black edition
PSU - 500W thermaltake

On HW monitor, my idle temps are at freken 60-64 degrees C. waaaaaaaay too high.
Have not overclocked and am using the stick cooler. But still. With the stock it should be like at 30-45 when idling. I will buy a new cooler soon but I would like to know why it's doing this. Help would be much appreciated.

Its a new build. but at first it was at about 40-50. Then a few weeks later it just stayed at 60. No dust cos its new so yeah. I used the thermal paste that came with the stock cooler

I went to the BIOS multiple times and all i could find was the rpm of the cpu heatsink fan and the 2 case fans but i searched for a while and couldnt find how to adjust the speeds

I just bought thermal paste. I replaced the old thermal paste using isopropyl alcohol and applied the new thermal paste well. It is still doing the same thing. My new CM 212 evo is coming in about a month or so. But, since this is really high for the stock cooler Im scared it might happen with the new one. Any idea what is wrong?
