I can't find many reviews on the Corsair so:
1. How does teh long term reliability of the Corsair compare to the XFX (I had 2 broken ones delivered to me but it has a 5 year warrenty for the ones that do work)?
2. Which makes more noise at full usage?
3. Do you reccomend trying a third XFX or getting a Corsair?

Well I don't blame you from shying away from another XFX based on your experience.
Obviously a bad manufacturing run.
For the same quality of components you would have to go above the CX series.
A TX or HX are much better then the CX.
AX are top of the line but overpriced in my opinion.
