Asus M5A97, AsRock Extreme 4, Gigabyte UD3H/UD4h, and Asus Z87-A are all great boards.

I would advise against going with an i5, but rather upgrade your video card. The FX-8320 won't bottleneck you at all and it's $60 cheaper than an i5

This build is a few dollars more than yours, but it will offer better performance than an i5/GTX 760 due to the better graphics for gaming. Also, grab the NZXT Guardian case if you want to rather than the Corsair one I put in here. It's only there because the Guardian wasn't on the part picker and they're about the same price.
