Can I use a 2 molex into 6 pci cable having a GPU (GTX 650ti Palit)?

I have a 500 watts PSU and a GPU(GTX 650 ti Palit) but my PSU has no 6 pins for pci cable,
can i have a 2 molex into 6 pci cable(http://cdn.overclock.net/b/b9/b95b0618_molex-to-pci-exp...)?

Yes, Gpu's traditionally come with this adapter packaged if not you can order one for pretty cheap.

Yes, but it's generally an indication that the PSU has a fake label and can't output what it's advertised for.
