Bios clocking Ram at wrong speed ( Help )

Hi there weird problem I think my memory timings are incorrect this is what it states in the bios

Total Memory 10GB
Duel channel memory module

DDR3_A1 ( 2048MB ) /400mhz DDR3_800
DDR3_B1 ( 2048MB ) /400MHZ DDR3_800
DDR3_A2 (4096MB ) /400MHZ DDR3_800
DDR3_B2 (2048MB ) /400MHZ DDR3_800

Weird I have never altered the memory timings does anyone how I can get my default 1333MHZ Speed back :-D

Nevermind I changed it back in the ram settings weirdly enough it was set to automatic which clocked it down its back to its normal 667 1333mhz I wonder how much this impacted my computers ram performance ;-)
