I'm planning on buying a pc, but I'm not sure about something, there are two slots, but I'm thinking its a different type of PCIe port, I'm trying to add a TP LINK 300mbs adapter and a graphics card.

You could use the bottom PCIEX4 for the wireless card and the top PCIEX16 for your gpu.
The white slots are legacy PCI slots.
