about power consumption

I've decided to get the following :
Amd a8 6600k+gigabyte ga f2a55m +156gb hardisk+Lg DVD drive x16+Gskill 4Gb X 1 Ddr3 1333Mhz Cl9 Value Ram.
I've got a 250W psu .is it enough ?
And is the above components compatible with the mobo?

I would recommend looking into dual channel 1600MHz RAM. The APU benefits from the faster speeds.

Barely. I personally would do minimum of 300W but even then you won't be able to upgrade much else.
