Recently I've installed a brand new 8 core AMD FX-8320 Processor and I've had nothing but problems with my PC ever since, which most of I've resolved.

I now have an odd sound coming from what seems like my processor (could be something else) when my computer is running either Titanfall or BF4.

Take a listen to this, you need to listen very carefully (turn volume up) ignore the fan sound and listen to the buzzing noise: http://vocaroo.com/i/s1ZhhTo2Vx9y
It's much louder in person and very annoying and It's making me agitated playing games just in-case I'm damaging something.

Could you guys help me out what this could be?
Or if it's doing my computer any harm.

Recent Changes:
New PSU ACE 750W
New Radeon R7 260x 2GB Graphics
New AMD FX-8320 8 core 3.50GHz CPU

My Build:
PSU ACE 750W
Radeon R7 260x 2GB Graphics
8 GB Ram (x2 2GB, x1 4GB)
AMD FX-8320 8 core 3.50GHz CPU
Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3 Motherboard
500GB HDD Seagate

Sounds like on of these things:

DVD drive (mine does that too)
HDD wobbling in chassis
Or heat pipe squealing from the GPU. That is totally fine if it does that. When i overclocked my 770, it did that. I reverted it cuz it was loud like yours.
Is the gpu oc'd?

It's defiantly not the HDD or DVD drive for sure as I've unplugged the DVD drive and the sound still continues and the HDD isn't wobbly :/  and nope, I've not overclocked anything yet which I planned to do but I feel very un-sure while a noise like that is coming from my PC.

The noise doesn't happen straight away though, it takes around 5-10 minutes of game time to happen, it happens quiet then gets louder then stays at a constant level.

Sounds like heatpipe squealing. Sometimes, when the Gpu gets got, the heatpipes will do that. Does it eventually stop or does it keep going. Run a gpu stress test and look at the temps.

My mother board is making the same sounds right now. I am in the process of replacing the motherboard but you may be having the same problem as me which is the Voltage Regulator Modules above the CPU are wineing.

I was thinking it'd be the motherboard, how long do you think I can ride it out for?

It could just be noise and no issues will come up or it may fail. Hard to tell really. As for how long, I guess it is up to you as to how long you are willing to put up with it. Also, have you tried reinstalling your old processor to see if the noise goes away? If not try it and if the noise does not go away then it is most likely your mother board.
