Hello, a few weeks back, I bought myself a Samsung 840 evo 128 gb ssd. I have my windows 7 ultimate installed onto it, however I noticed that randomly my computer would just freeze for 10-15 seconds and is back to normal. This does not happen when I am playing games, It only happens whenever I am browsing my desktop or browsing the internet.

This has not happened on my 1tb hdd, and this freezing happens randomly; not constantly, but randomly. If I were to estimate how many times a day, I would say 1-2 times.

Follow these SSD tweaks if you haven't already. A SSD in your PC requires s few changes from using a HDD. The guide will give you some pointers to keep the SSD from writing itself to an early death and also improve performance.

Unless you have a fairly new Win7 installation, you might want to run CCleaner to clean up registry errors and resource-wasting junk files and other crap.
