there will be no difference... especially in your system as it is not high end.

the only time you will see a difference is by reaching maximum temperatures on the gpu which lowers overclocking potential, but if you have a good gpu cooler it will not be a problem

i personally use a gtx 780 overclocked in a small silverstone SG08 and it runs at good temperatures and there is no fps loss

You could add a low profile radeon 7750 gddr5 but you will have a huge bottleneck unless you could upgrade the CPU also.

Looking at some photos, it looks like your only expansion is a PCI slot.
I could be wrong, but if it truly is pci, and not pcie, then there are no graphics cards thatavailable that would be considered as gaming strong.

assuming that you actually have a pcie slot, the strongest card that a 300w psu could use would be a 7750 or possibly a GTX750. neither of which are as strong as a $200 graphics card. And... they have limited availability, if at all in a low height needed for your case. This 7750 might be the best you can do.

Lastly, it looks like your motherboard is a BTX format which will not easily fit in a ATX case.

All in all, your current pc is suited only for light desktop usage.
If you want a new build, budget $600 or so.
