Good day, I'm having this problem where my games (Far Cry 3 and Bioshock Infinite) at max capable settings on 1680 x 1050 monitor will freeze and crash to desktop after 1 hour or more of gaming. I can play those game just fine on my laptop, so, it is not cause by the games....probably.

Windows is a fresh install from the start.
The heat of CPU is at 40c and 50c-60c while gaming and my GPU is at 45c idle and 65c-75c while gaming. I open the desktop side-case to help the ventilation.

Things that I have tried to fix the problem:
Uninstall the nvidia driver and install it back from start ~problem persist
Disable Nvidia audio driver ~problem persist
Underclock the clock speed of GPU and memory ~give BSOD for some clock setting
Change PCie controller to Gen2 ~problem persist
Re-seating the graphic card ~problem persist
Auto-tuned in ASUS Ai Suite 3, revert back to default settings because problem is not solved.

My PC Specs:
New Hardware:
ASUS B85M-G
Intel i5-4440 3.10 GHz
Apacer 8GB 1600MHz Ram - Tested only with Windows Memory Diagnostics - No error
Gainward GTX 760 Phantom(Now is at the seller to test whether it is faulty or not) ~ Driver: 335.23, also tried 334.xx driver with the same problem.
Corsair VS550

Old Hardware:
2xRegular SATA HDD
DVDRW Combo
Acer M1800 case

I'm really hoping that someone could point out what is wrong with my PC and sorry if my english is bad.

Try getting a better power supply. Many people I know have their computer crash becasue of net having enough wattage and I think this is you problem. Get a 650 watt. And while your at it, get the beta drivers.

Thanks for your reply, Neoaculus.
Is it necessary for me to change my PSU since the card only require a minimum of 500w PSU and 30A at +12V rail?

I thought that VS series is comparable with CX series but without 80+ Certificate (but it does perform like a 80+ PSU).....
It even have 42A at +12V rail and 600W peak power if I'm not mistaken, or is it just that my PSU is faulty?

Does the factory overclock of GTX 760 Phantom card is actually pull a lot more wattage than the regular GTX 760? If it does, I will ask the seller to change it with the normal GTX 760 and see whether it will solve the problem.

What do you mean by computer crash? My problem only involve app crash... is it the same thing?

I will try the beta driver when I get the card back.

Thanks again.
