how to remove memory card formet option

Hello. There is no such way to remove card format option directly. I think you may get some problem on your memory card right? I have met that before. Nothing serious. It is just data lost problem. You can use some recovery tool to recover your data. Then that problem will gone itself. 4Card Recovery is free and useful. Have a try.

Does your computer shows ' The drive is not formatted, would you want to format it now?' ? If so , that means your data lost. No other thing. Try recovery tool like 4Card Recovery to restore your data.
