Task manager says CPU runs at higher than max

I just overclocked my I5 3570K to 4.4GHz. I bought the TX3 Evo and got max 77c with intel burn test, and had to increase voltage with 0.02. My system was stabile, but when I ran the intel burn test my task manager said my CPU ran at 5.68GHz while max speed was 4.4GHz. What does thi mean? http://imgur.com/0X6d3kO
