I just want to install 1 Be Quiet! Shadow Wings PWM 92mm fan and another one just with 80mm on a Biostar NF520D3 motherboard , with an Y cable , can I do that? Is my mobo powerful enough?

Most boards can handle upto 1 amp for a fan header, this means most can use 2 fans on a single header(more with a adapter to get power from the power supply on PWM fans).

PWM and non PWM fans do not work off the same header with the pwm function on because the non PWM fan will just run full speed all the time.

A PWM and non PWM fan will work together if the board can use voltage based control, but may not have as much range as it would in PWM mode(depends on the fan).

When in doubt contact biostar for the exact current limit of the board.

An 80mm fan is better than no fan.

Please check the Y cable you get as some link the 2 speed(yellow most of the time) wires from both fans and this can lead to speed misreads. Removing the yellow from one fan would fix that issue.
