Will this build work

I am upgrading my computer and wanting to make sure this build will work.
Computer has 8GB Ram
Graphics Card - GeForce GTX 770
Power Supply - Seasonic 750W power supply
Motherboard - ASRock Z77 Extreme4 LGA 1155 Intel mother board
Processor - Intel Core i7-3770K Processor

I will be using my old hardrive and CD Drive but i will be wiping my hardrive by reinstalling windows 7

Those parts will work just fine together. The PSU is overkill, but it's a good brand and gives you plenty of headroom if you want to SLI at some point.

I have a 500-550W PSU now would i be ok just sticking with that?

That would be plenty for the single video card as long as it's a good quality unit.
