Upgrade(s) to run Fallout 3 better?

My PC specs:
AMD A10-5800K APU
MSI FM2-A75MA-E35 Motherboard
8GB RAM
430W Corsair CX430 Power Supply
Windows 7

I can currently run Fallout 3 with mods on medium graphics settings without much lag. However, I would like to play on Ultra High graphics settings without lag. Do I just need to upgrade to a graphics card to get it running fast or do I need to upgrade something else too? I would appreciate any suggestions on graphics cards. My budget right now is $50-100.

I believe you can install an AMD 6670 and run dual graphics with the built in IGP of the APU. However, you are almost better off turning off the graphics card in the APU and getting a dedicated card like an AMD 260X or Nvidia 750. Both I believe run right around $120 and would a decent option if you are willing to up your budget an extra few bucks.
