My Asus M4N82 has stopped working and needs replacing. The problem I have is in a few months I am going to do a full upgrade of ram, cpu and mobo. Right now I want something that will support my current cpu and ram. Budget is around £60.

Phenom II X4 965
4x2GB HyperX DDR2 1066
Zotac 560ti 448 Cores 1280MB

One of the problems I had with the M4N82 is it couldn't support my 4 DDR2 dimms at 1066, only 800. So if I can get a little boost here with the replacement that would be great.

Any help is much appreciated.

Get this Gigabyte , it has an 8+2 power phase design and will be good for an upgrade in the future.

Also supports your current CPU.

I should probably add that SLI support could be a good option to have.

I cant find a mother that both has SLI and DDR2 Support. its either sli with DDR3 or just DDR2 with no SLI. you might wanna buy DDR3 rams.

I have got an AM2 CPU and the 965 is definitely supported. Seems like this should work. As you mentioned SLI I had a look and found a twin for 560 ti for £100 which should see me get a nice boost in games and the memory will now be operating at it's correct speed. Seems like a good boost until I do a full upgrade.

Sounds good...and the 560 Ti will do great in SLI.

I'd be careful buying off eBay but as long as the buyer has decent feedback you should be fine.
