My PC Blue Screens after playing graphics intensive games after 10-20 mins

My specs are:
Motherboard: ASUS Z87-K
Graphics Card: ASUS Nvidia GeForce 770
RAM: Corsair Memory Vengeance Jet Black Low Profile 8GB DDR3 1600 MHz CAS 9 XMP Dual Channel Desktop
CPU: Intel CPU i5-4670K 3.4GHz Socket 1150 Quad Core Haswell
PSU: Silverstone SST-ST70F-ES Strider Essential 700W Power Supply (PSU)
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate x64
running on Samsung 840 Evo

The main games I've had problems with are
Alice: Madness Returns
LOTR: War in the North
so far

Please help, I got the system in January and it shouldn't be doing this, where have I gone wrong?

I've run the benchmarking test on the utility and these were the results:

Maximum Processor Frequency: 4.21GHz

Highest CPU temperature: 100°C

Can you get anything from this as to whether the cause is heat?
