So I'm pretty sure I've busted my HDD on my windows 7 laptop but I'm testing to see if I can pull some information from the HDD to see if it actually is busted or not. Is there a reason that the EFFB would be stuck at 19%? possibly just taking a bit longer to read some certain file? Or is this a good telltale sign that my HDD is busted?
