Hi there , i'm building a pc for my litle brother (He is playing games like LOL and Dota) and i'v got a nice offer in price from my friend for the HD6870,it was used for year or so. (50 euros - around 60 dollars). Should i take it? or buy something new like the r7 240?

4 gigs of ram - 1333 mhz
Psu is some LC-POWER 600W silent
