I have absolutely no idea what has happened to my display. I have attempted to find a solution to my problem under screen tearing and screen shifting, but to no avail. I am not sure what to call this, but please excuse me if this topic has already been resolved before.

My specs:
This normally happens when I play some computer games (e.g. GTA IV), but not all. I also have V-Sync enabled in all of the games.
I do not know if this is a problem with my graphics card, or my monitor.
If anyone is able to help, I would be very grateful.

■ CPU: Intel Core i5-3570K 3.40GHz
■ Monitor: Dell IN2020 Analog Monitor - 1600x900@60Hz
■ RAM: 8GB Kingston Dual-DDR3 1600MHz
