I need to know if my motherboard will be strong enough to support the rest of my equipment.
Also, I couldnt find a case that i liked, so this one is just a filler. Can you guys help me find a good one that I like?

It is a good motherboard that will fit everything, but it is not good for overclock, so I hope you don't plan on doing that.
Case: Changed to Bitfenix Shinobi, it's pretty good looking.
PSU: Upgraded to XFX Core Edition 550W, it has a higher quality.

You should get a CPU cooler like the Hyper 212 EVO http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005O65JXI. Having an aftermarket cooler will allow you to do some nice overclocking with your CPU.
You don't need one right now but you will for future upgrades if your CPU becomes a bottleneck. It's easier to install the cooler from the beginning since it requires the board to be removed from the case to do.

A little over my budget with your pick. Better with my modifications?
Yes, didn't change anything major. This Corsair CX500M you chose is not one of the best out there, but also not the worst. It's suitable for a limited budget.
Returning to your title question: depends on whether you're overclocking or not. If you are then get a Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO heatsink fan or, if you're doing some real heavy OCing, a water cooler (probably not your case). The case you chose is cheap and very good, but I just find it ugly. The Cooler Master HAF 912 is only $10 more, has an amazing cable management and looks awesome, if you feel more like it. Your choice
kkk I look like a Cooler Master fanboy
