So I've been looking to upgrade my PC for a good 6 months now. The main issue, as always, is money. Right now I have a parts list that's running me at $189. I have exactly $195.01 to get an upgrade for my PC. I know, it's not much to work with. Here's the list:

I'm hoping the great minds of the Tomshardware forums can help me out. I would like to keep the 750, but if it's not possible, so long as whatever you give me can play Skyrim with graphics mods, I really won't care. I only need a case, GPU and PSU. Thanks!

I have, and there aren't any that aren't broken or too expensive. The case is what I was hoping to cut down on. Or maybe get a case with an integrated PSU for cheap, but I need help nailing down which one.

Or, what I could do is screw it all and just buy the 750. It's extremely low wattage, is smaller than the 9500GT I currently have, and the GeForce page has the minimum wattage 50W lower than the 9500. Good idea?
