Best PSU for 4 way SLI, ASUS GTX 770s, with a i7 4770k

I have been looking every where at some real nice high-end PSUs and I am not trying to buy a PSU with not enough juice for my 4 way SLI but I can't spend 400 bucks on a PSU.

I have found the Seasonic PLATINUM-1000 and the Thermaltake Toughpower XT Platinum 1275W that I like, any help will be great thanks?

Thank you guys I am going through the list and the EVGA one is what I am thinking about getting wish it wasnt outa stock on SuperBiiz but even pay the little bit extra for the one on NCIX is still cheeper then the others and I like the reviews on the EVGA one guy has 4 GTX 780s running on it, it would handle my 770s just fine.

Thank you guys for your help I will be going with the EVGA, its 80 Gold over some of the 80 Plats but it is right for me price wise and half of the wiring is red so it will match the color of my build thanks again.
