Is liquid cooling necessary?

I am planning on getting a new PC soon, and I am not sure what is needed for it to run good and reasonably quietly. I am going to use an AMD FX-6300 processor and I do not plan on doing any overclocking for quite awhile (I know liquid cooled is almost always needed to overclock) and I do not know if it is better to go with the standard AMD CPU Fan&Heat sink, or to get a cheaper liquid cooling system like an Asetek LC510 120mm fan liquid cooler or cooler master seidon 120mm. If anyone is running a non overclocked FX-6300 and used the standard AMD fan/heat sink, does it work enough for it to be able to run games like battlefield or render an HD video in vegas? awhile?

Solution
LC is not always the best way to go you can get good speed and temps out of hyper evo and you can overclock that just fine ive seen people get almost 5ghz with that setup

Yes you can use the stock heatsink and fan, that's what it's made for. Aftermarket cooling systems (air or liquid) will keep temps lower, but as long as you run at normal temps than they are not needed.

Thanks for the quick response. But would the stock cooler be able to keep it at safe/normal temperatures while running something like battlefield or rendering out a video in HD with vegas?

Okay, thank you a lot for the answer.
