How do I control these fans?

This is my first build so sorry if this is something I should already know. My nzxt h440 comes in tomorrow and Ive got 7 fans going in it that I would like to be able to control in some way. The case does not have 5.25 bays so getting a 5.25 fan controller in there would be difficult? What the case does have however, is a 10 port fan hub! Ive been trying to solve this myself but as I haven't even built for the first time yet Im a little confused.

Is there some sort of adapter I can attach to it and then connect to my motherboard that would allow me to control the fans on it? In what way would I control them then?

My mobo is: Asus Maximus VI Hero (http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/MAXIMUS_VI_HERO/)

A picture of the fan hub on the h440: http://benchmarkreviews.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/02/nzxt_h440_fan_hub.jpg

If using something other than the fan hub is a better option altogether, feel free to offer that up instead.

Also might be relevant that for the time being ill be using an h100i.

A thorough explanation would be appreciated but Im more than willing to research so if you give me something to go off its appreciated!

Im pretty sure there isn't. My research has me believing that any fans connected to that hub will be running at whatever voltage it gets from the molex its powered by?

Ahh yes i didn't know there were 3.5" fan controllers. That should do the trick! 2 of the fans will end up being controlled through h100i software so, this only leaves one rouge fan haha
