Intel Core i5 Haswells (the 4xxx chips) use the LGA 1150 socket.

You said cheapest so this is the cheapest motherboard I could find with 4 RAM slots. But will you actually use them for quad channel memory?

yes, I am planning on using all 4 slots, forgot to mention that it will be 4x4 so 16 gb max capacity, but i'm sure all current mobo's have that anyway

Though I can't find the max supported memory anywhere, most modern motherboards do have a max support of 16 gigs so you should be in the clear, I'ma keep looking for clarification though.
