I recently did a steam box build in the rvz01 itx case and I'm having black screen problems. My CPU, GPU, RAM, PSU, HDD, and SSD were all in a previous system that worked fine but now I'm having problems. The "newish" and unspecified parts below were in my previous ATX build, with the newish being only a few weeks old.
Specs:
CPU: i5 3570k
CPU Cooler: Zalman CNPS 8900 Quiet (NEW)
Motherboard: Asus P8Z77-I Deluxe (NEW)
PSU: Silverstone SFX 450W Gold (Newish)
GPU: Asus DC2OC 290 (Newish)
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LP 8GB
HDD: WD Black 1TB
SSD: Samsung 840 128GB
Case: Silverstone Raven Z RVZ01 (NEW)

The black screens happen both in and out of games, while browsing, while crypto coin mining, it seems random.

I Overclocked the CPU a few days ago and pushed it pretty far to where I got a BSOD error due to heat, so I tuned it back and didn't even hit 85 during Prime95 so that should be fine, but just in case I reset it back to stock speeds and voltages and still have problems. I had it sitting up on my coffee table about 2 feet off the ground and one of my roommates accidentally knocked it off the table. I can't remember if I was having problems before that but I'm randomly getting black screen crashes now and my GPU usually turns it's fan up really high and loud when it happens (I assume it's my GPU because it sounds like it does when I have it mining crypto coins. I opened it up and didn't see any physical damage but I'm worried.

TL;DR black screens with gpu fan speeding up (at random times), requires reboot, rolled back drivers didn't help.

At 90% system load with overclocked CPU it's telling me 380W minimum, 430 recommended.

Okay but then why would it black screen while I'm just web browsing? Surely the 450W is enough for ~10% system load.

It didn't crash while browsing for a while so I ran Heaven for about an hour, temps were totally fine and I had no crashes. I'm not sure what is going on.

Okay here's an update. I decided to move back to my other motherboard, and while I had the side panel off I was trying to install my display driver when suddenly my system crashed and the LED2 light on the second power connector on my card turned red for just a moment.

So when the crashes happens I think the LED2 light on the back power connector on my card turns red.
