So i need help with the remaining parts that i need for the build.

Parts that im for sure im going with...
NZXT H440 STEEL Mid Tower Case-$139.99
Intel Core i5-4670K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor-$239.99
Samsung 840 EVO 120GB 2.5" Solid State Disk-$99.99
EVGA GeForce GTX 780 3GB Video Card-$529.99

Im going for a White case and red on the inside look. so i want like a good motherboard with red on it like maybe an Asus. has to have usb 3.0 and hdmi . And i at least want 16gb of ram i would like if thats red as well. i would also like a 1Tb HDD. Uh id like water cool for the cpu but if you guys think air cool is better for my budget and build then throw some options in there too. i also need a monitor i want a decently good one for gaming doesn't have to be amazing because i plan on going up to a 29inch in the near future. I can also go $150 over my budget but id like to keep it in the $1500 range and if you guys could get it cheaper than thats awesome.

Im buying everything from newegg because i have a credit card from them!
This build will be for Photoshop and gaming.

After those parts you would have 490 left
I would go with an MSI Z87-G45 mobo ~150 (red and black with an dual color dragon heatsink over the south bridge)
I would go with patriot viper 2x4gb 1600mhz ~70-80, red aluminum heatsink
An XFX power supply 6-700w for around 80ish
A 212evo cooler for 35,
That leaves you with around 170 left
I would spend around 70 on the drive, and treat yourself to an i7. I will make a big difference in photoediting.
An extra 8gb won't make any difference, I do large photo stitched (700+ mp) and have yet to see my computer use more than 6/8gb.
On the other hand an i7 rips through raw photos

Motherboard has a nice bios, I have one, the 780 rocks for games, and the i7 is definately worth it for your photo editing.

If you already have a hdd and want a nicer cooler I would go with a noctua NH-D14, it's an air cooler, but it preforms similarly to an H80 (120mm rad closed loop). But it is whisper per quiet

I don't know a whole lot about the ram. You just want to make sure that it is 1.5v or lower, just to be safe of the voltage regulators. Other ones I have heard about are mushkin redlines, they look a little cooler, and are probably nicer chips, but they would sit higher and would not work with upper end air coolers

Modify everything else you want besides the gpu and the cpu cooler if you want the best performance ( the video card is as good as the 780 ti , maybe even better ! )

... But it's not current. A haswell i7 will cost the same price and will have a 10ish % performance improvement.

Go with the most current cpu generation you can go with
