I keep getting message that I have a lot of data in memory, do I want to delete it?

Do you copy and paste a lot? Sometimes you will be copping and pasting to a clip board.
It will save all of your data. When you are done with the program it will ask you if you want to delete it.
If that is the case just select the delete. (Yes)
Make sure you have enough hard disk space. If not, try to delete stuff and uninstall programs that you do not need.
Also run a disk cleanup. You can defrag your hard disk too.
If the problem has to do with RAM, make sure you have at least have 4GB.
If not I would recommend an upgraded.
If you can not get more RAM try to run 1 program at a time.

Thanks Nathan. I have 16 Gigs of Ram and plenty of room on my hard drive. However I do copy and paste a lot. Sometimes in Photoshop i have to clear the ram or it will copy and paste the last text that I pasted.
