Superclocked vs Normal Graphics card

Are superclocked cards hand picked and do they normally outperform regular graphics cards? Are there any hand picked video cards? I ask because I recently ordered a EVGA video card and want to know if they hand pick any of their video cards.

Superclocked cards are simple: They are pretty much the standard GPU but they are overclocked at the factory. Some superclocked cards can be overclocked to a higher capacity, but most normal GPUs can be overclocked to the same, or likely better than a story superclocked card.
