i have a http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817153173 psu
and msi after burner says my gpu hits 100% playing bf4 wich is fine but says my power was only at 92% max

I would say your power supply should be more than enough, but if you are going to heavy Overclock, you may challenge that number. You can play safe and upgrade to 750w or just avoid Overclocking.

Minimum is 600w recommended. However, nvidia as do AMD add a buffer of some 15-20% into their equations, so a bit of overclocking is acceptable.
