which one is better AMD Radeon HD 7670M 1GB DDR3 or AMD Radeon HD 8670M 2 GB

I am using AMD Radeon HD 7670M 1 GB since few months. My laptop is pretty ordinary Dell 3521 with 1366x768 screen. I am able to play most of my favorite games on this card. Maybe my expectations are low but I love what I can get from this graphics card. I am using Latest catalyst beta drivers. Following are some of games and the settings:
1. Elder Scrolls V Skyrim: Med-high 30-60 FPS
2. Saints Row Third: Med 30-40 FPs
3. Hitman Absolution: Med 40 FPS (current win 8.1 upgrade improved this a lot)
4. COD MW3 - Med-high decent FPS
5. GTA 4 - Med 30 FPS
6. Dishonored - high 40 FPS
7. Fifa 13 - Ultra decent FPS
8. Far Cry 3 - Med 35 FPs
9. Assassins 1,2,3 to test but confident it will run well
10. Bioshock Infinite med-high decent FPS
Maybe the newer generation games of PS4 might not run on this card, but for anything before it does well
