so im planning to up grade my cpu and mb, so far im gonna go with the fx 8320 for the cpu and as for the mb im not to sure, i have these 3 in mine:

Gigabyte GA-970A-D3P
AsRock 970-Extreme4 (does it support fx 8320 & 8350?)
ASUS M5A97-R2 970

so my question is which one is better and why?

not planning to overclock.

the asrock one doesn't support fx8320. asus' supports fx8320 but bios may require updating. gigabyte's also supports but i am not sure if it'll require a bios update. the features seem quite similar to me...with minor differences like asus having 4+2 power deliver and the other two having 4+1, all of asus' fan headers being 4 pin, asus using alc audoi codec and gigabyte using via etc (according to the specifications lists).
