Would it be better overall to buy the Asus M70- http://promotions.newegg.com/asus/14-0138/index.html?icid=231508
Or to get a cheap barebones pc- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16856119059 and upgrade the parts with the following

Also- I don't have tons of money for computers, so would the price be good with the barebones?

Solution
For $400, you will mostlikely be looking for an AMD APU build or an Intel.

I'm planning on using it for gaming, and I would like to keep the budget under $400 if I'm building it/replacing all the parts. Someone else might be able to pay for half of the M70

Could I buy the barebones, and upgrade it, or would it be better to straight up build one using those parts?
