Should I use the Samsung Magician software or not and if I should use it, how do fix "Do you want to allow the following program to make changes to this computer Samsung Magician?"

Solution
It's very good software and simple to use.

When you ask how you fix it, what do you mean? That message is a windows security message that is designed to stop you running executable files without your knowledge, you will get it every time you install a program - unless you disable such notifications. It's basically just asking you if you actually intended to run that .exe file. If you did intend to run it, then you must click yes. If you click no, windows will stop the file from executing.

you only need to run it when you want to change configurations, it should not be run all the time, the changes it makes are permanent without it running.

only use it when you want to change things like ssd reliability or maximum performance things like that and use a bench tool like crytaldiskmark3. i get over 973 read speeds & 1124 write speeds the highest i have ever seen

If your talking about every time you open the program, that's just User Account Control, if you don't it popping up every time, just Google how to disable UAC.

If you mean its popping up every time you boot the computer, all you need to do is remove Magician from Start-up items in MSCONFIG (Windows 7), or Start up items tab in Task manager (Windows 8)
