Your mobo and CPU won't work together right out of the box!
Get at least 970 chipset mobo!

It may. It depends on the BIOS that is shipped with the board. Hopefully, it would be the newest one.

No actually, it will not work.

FX 8350 is a 125W minuimum CPU
The Board in the list only "Supports CPU up to 95 W" according to the vendor specs.

You need a better board for the FX 8350. One with a 970 chipset at minimum, but a 990FX would be much better.

If budget is too tight, get a 990FX board and an FX 6300 or 6350 and upgrade to an 8350 later. If still too tight, get a 970 board and FX 6300.

Good 990FX boards on a budget are Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3 Rev. 4.0 or ASRock 990 Extreme 4 (* better power phase than the 3). MSI also makes a good budget 990FX board but I forget the model.

* Addendum *

Also get 2 x 4GB sticks of DDR3 1866 RAM. G-Skil Ripjaws 1866 is decent for the cost and can usually run quite happily at 2100 with good timings and volts.

If you can swing a good aftermarket cooler (* Good for budget: Xigmatek Gaia, Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus ...or better... Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO) you can easily run and FX 6300 around 4.4-4.5 GHz on near stock voltage.

Thank You. Can I connect my Samsung Series 6 LED TV as a monitor to this RIG over HDMI?

Yes it will. I will say even though maddog probably read the wrong spec sheet, he does have a few good points that you should consider. What is your budget?

I'm in India. I looking to build this PC around 40000 INR, that translates to around 656.40 US Dollar.
Also, Is installing a cooler beneficial both for the processor and the GPU?

If that's true, I'm going to have to agree with maddog comments. I think you should sacrifice the 8350 for a 6300, get a better motherboard, 2 modules of RAM, and possibly a better GPU.

My local technician told me that a 500GB hard disk would not be compatible due to cache differences. He told me to get a 2TB harddisk. But I have a 1TB external harddisk and a 500GB hard disk is sufficient for me. He told me to get a 600W supply. I could not trust him because hilariously, at last he told me that GTX 750 Ti would cost more that 20000 INR because just it is a Ti edition while its actual price is 12000 INR. Is what he said is true??

I don't know if I would use "compatible" when discussing hard drives. If you use the hard drives as separate entities, they'll work fine. Using them in Raid is a different story because of the size.

For your computer, I do suggest more power. The 430CX will be ok but if you ever plan on getting a more powerful card, the 430 watt is going to be the short end of the stick. I suggest a 500-600 watt power supply for future upgrades (preferably 550-600).

I'm not sure where the tech got the numbers for a 750 ti. You're right. A 750 ti should only cost you 10-12k INR.
