Hi, I have an Intel Core i7-950 Bloomfield 3.06GHz LGA 1366 Quad-Core Processor that was in a Gigabyte G1 Guerilla MB. The Memory is corsair 24G(6x4gb) 1600mhz, CMP24GX3M6A1600C9.
The Gigabyte Mb has died, and I have been offered an ASUS SABERTOOTH X58 Socket 1366 MotherBoard
Will this Mb work Ok with my CPU and will the memory also work with the ASUS.
There are not a lot of choices I can see for 1366 socket MB's these days. Thanks for any advice or comments
