cant find downloaded files

Oh i found it , u may try this
Go to task manager and right click a metro app(8.1 app)and chose open file location , thats it!

If you have downloaded thorough Internet Explorer then open Internet Explorer.
1. Right–Click to bring up the app commands.
2. Click the Page tools button Page tools button, and click View downloads. Select the download you want to view and then click open the program location to view where the file's stored on your PC.

No i downloaded using a windows store app, not browsers and thats where the problem is

By default, the apps that you download from App Store are installed in the C:\ drive.

Go to this adress and u will find all downloaded videos on your pc
