I am not sure about which PSU to use for this gaming pc build, I've got some many different suggestions, so I do not know which one.

Which PSU fits ''best'' for this build?

I will not go higher than 1050$

Thanks, hope you can help.

If you are fine with using rebates, this is about the best deal going right now, and just about fits your budget -

There's a few other options from the usual suspects (XFX, Antec, Corsair etc) but that's among the cheapest as well as being semi modular, it's a pretty clear winner for me.

If you are open to a bit of feedback in general, your build is decent, but personally I think you are spending too much on your CPU cooler. It's awesome, but in terms of bang/buck, it's not great.

Saved at motherboard and RAM, still within your budget!

Which CPU Cooler would you prefer me? I don't want any overheating problems after overclocking my CPU/GPU.

For mild overclocking 212 EVO is enough. but i agree with you if you can get that cooler get it it's really worth the money!
